Pubmed Clinical Queries features a search filter that quickly weeds out lower-level studies. In short, you can zoom-in on clinical research studies fast! Type your terms into the search box or utilize the "dynamically populating list" if appropriate suggested terms are available.
To locate clinical studies, you can select specific predefined filters that focus on etiology, diagnosis, prognosis, therapy, or clinical prediction guidelines. You will see your search terms mapped into a Pubmed search along with your results that you can refine further in Pubmed using the left-hand sidebar. The Clinical Queries search feature also offers a COVID-19 filter to quickly root out irrelevant information.
